Information security issues have been drawing more and more domestic attention in recent years. Though management systems for classified carries such as files have been established by the confidentiality related departments, security problems have not been solved fundamentally due to limitation of the technology and lack of ancillary equipment. For example, manual exchange of classified carries with simple computer log-in and record according to regulations is vulnerable on account of human factor.In this work, to solve the security and informatization problems in management of classified carriers, RFID technique is used to add inseparatable labels to the classified carriers, complete the existence detection, identify users by fingerprints identification and finally achieve the security and informatization of classified carriers management with technology of network, database and software.Generally, fingerprint is unique, difficult to be copied, and rarely variable, and these characteristics have been applied in this work to the solution of the user identity authentication problem of the classified management system and the problem of existence of the classified carriers using the inseparatable RFID tags. Fingerprint image enhancement, binarization, thinning processing, features extraction, eliminating false features and features matching have been achieved by establishing the algorithm model of fingerprint recognition. And research in this work fucuses on the technique of fingerprint image enhancement, extraction of special points and matching technology.In order to verify the proposed method, online and offline testing of fingerprint recognition algorithm were processed in the first place. The results show that the false rate of the system recognizing is 0.003%, and the right rate is 99.1%. The performance meets the design requirements. Then, the total system were verified by simulation and real user’s experience, which shows that the system is qualified for the user identification, the existence detection of classified carriers and information security management.
