Design And Implementation Of B/S-Based Archive Management System For Medium And Small-sized Enterprises

The current Internet technology changes faster and faster, which begin to affect the traditional industry management model. Internet technology has gradually become a part of globalization. Enterprises need to have international competition with outstanding enterprises. To excel others, we should embrace the Internet to bring in the revolution,and arm with information. But at present, enterprise management system is a great lack of capacity, in particular, file management, data flow as the core concept of enterprise,not only carrying the historical data of enterprises combing and statistics. Therefore,Internet technology has become a top priority.Based on the actual demand of small and medium-sized enterprise personnel file management and office resource sharing, this paper designed and implemented an integrated management system for small and medium-sized enterprise employees' archives. The system based on the B/S service model and the MVC framework, using the J2 EE programming language and SQL Server database technology, realizes the add,delete, and other basic functions of enterprise employee profile information, and file management, bulletin management, communication management and attendance management and other functions of automation office. In addition, to ensure the security and confidentiality of information, the system realizes characters entry and relevant permissions distribution function. Trial operation shows that the system can make the small and medium-sized enterprise archives management work systematic normalized,automatic, thus achieved the purpose of improving enterprise norms and efficient management.File management system not only can provide a complete solution, according to file management system forming a system to provide users with complete records management and network query function, can also with this unit of OA office automation and DPM design process management, or combined with MIS management information system, form a more perfect modern information management network. To achieve the result of getting twice result with half the effort in the work. Not only improve work efficiency, and save the staff time.This paper adopted agile development and fast iterative approach to development.According to the theory of software engineering, the paper expounded various stages of enterprise archives management system by requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing, and deployment of life cycle processes. On the demandanalysis stage, the using of UML modeling method for the user to the case analysis,combing the role the user's business flow of the system, and after the informationization of archives management business module and the matching relationship between the related personnel. In system design phase, mainly on the system architecture and logic function module are analyzed, and the database design was emphatically introduced. In system implementation stage, at the core of this article, first of all, in accordance with the MVC segmentation approach, to show the realization of the layer and logical layer were described overall, after the implementation approaches for the module of the system in a specific instruction. Through the description, this paper designed and implemented a system based on B/S mode extensible integrate other business functions of enterprise archives management system.
