As a information service organization,to provide readers with high quality services,to meet the needs of readers,to respect the rights and interests of readers is the embodiment of the concept of "people-oriented" in the library.The service object of the university library is the student and the teacher,and should carry out the reader-oriented service principle of the university library.The experience feeling of the university reader for the library service is one of the ways to evaluate the service work of the university library.Combining the readerundefineds experience with the emotion,that is,combining the readerundefineds personal experience with the readerundefineds personal experience from the perspective of emotion,can also be used to evaluate the service work of the library.Emotional experience can be divided into positive emotional experience,neutral emotional experience and negative emotional experience.By drawing lessons from the libraryundefineds service to readers,readersundefined positive emotional experience can show that readersundefined emotions are optimistic and positive.The service of library is recognized,the negative emotional experience is vice versa,while the neutral emotion can be regarded as the neutral experience attitude of readers,which indicates that there is still a lot of room for the readers to show neutral emotion in the library service.Through understanding the emotional experience of the readers,it can help the library to improve its own service and provide better service for the readers.Therefore,based on the subject of reader's undefined emotional experience,this paper selects the investigation and analysis of the libraries of some colleges and universities in Henan Province,and discusses it from six parts.The first chapter is the introduction of the research background of the readersundefined emotional experience of the university library,and the research background of the readersundefined emotional experience is discussed.The research significance,domestic and foreign research present situation carries on the analysis;The second chapter defines the related concepts through literature investigation,analyzes the related concepts and characteristics of reader experience,and introduces the concept and characteristics of readersundefined emotional experience.The third chapter designs the questionnaire,introduces the question,the option,the scope choice and so on,and has carried out the questionnaire pre-test;The fourth chapter introduces the implementation of the investigation,and analyzes the collected data,finally summarizes the current situation of the emotional experience of readers in some university libraries in Henan Province.The fifth chapter is based on the fourth chapter of the survey data analysis results,aiming at the remaining problems to put forward countermeasures;The sixth chapter summarizes the shortcomings and prospects,points out that the research sample is not more representative and the investigation design is not mature enough,and expects that the research theory in this area will be more abundant in the future.At the same time,we should further improve the attention of the library to the reader's emotional experience.
