With the popularization of the Internet and the rapid growth of network resources,acquiring knowledge from the Internet has become an indispensable part of People's Daily work,study and life.Due to the large amount of scattered and disordered information,whether an individual or an organization can quickly and timely obtain information resources determines whether it can win in the competition.The process of information organization is the process of changing information from disorder to order by adopting various means and methods.By revealing the logical relationship between information,information is organized and refined,condensed and systematized,which is conducive to the exchange and transmission of information.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the network information organization system to better serve users.Domestic and foreign scholars have a long history of research on the theory and application of information organization.Most of them focus on the concept,technology and method of information organization,and there are few studies on the evaluation of network information organization.The evaluation work of the network information organization system is both comprehensive and complex.The evaluation method changes according to the change of the evaluation Angle.No evaluation method can be comprehensive and complete.An exploratory evaluation index system of user satisfaction of network information organization is established to provide reference and basis for the evaluation of information organization system.The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows:The first and second chapters,based on the domestic and foreign literatures,sort out the relevant concepts of network information organization and user satisfaction.The third chapter analyses the network information organization the influence factors of customer satisfaction,and then combining with the relevant model of customer satisfaction,and the characteristics of the network information organization,through theoretical analysis and expert investigation,preliminary determine customer satisfaction evaluation index on Internet information organization,and based on the expert questionnaire results index weight by analytic hierarchy process.In the fourth chapter,a questionnaire is issued to users,and the index system is verified by principal component analysis,so as to determine the scientificity and validity of the evaluation model.The indicators were weighted again based on the user questionnaire,and the results of the expert questionnaire and the user questionnaire were compared and analyzed to determine the final evaluation model of user satisfaction of network information organization.Finally,the main conclusions of this paper are summarized.
