The new vision of cultural governance that has emerged in the West in recent years has provided an opportunity for museums with cultural communication as their core mission to break through the traditional "information delivery" thinking and become an important mechanism and platform for building cultural identity and social communities.Under a new perspective of cultural governance, museum cultural communication pays more attention to the direction of cultural governance, the updating of communication concepts, and the optimization and improvement of governance systems and mechanisms. This not only involves the further exploration of the cultural communication function of museums, but also involves the organization of museums. The reconstruction of the method involves the individual's cultural initiative. In addition to the first chapter introduction, this article is divided into four chapters. The second chapter mainly elaborates the conceptual connotation of museum cultural communication and the evolution of its communication mode. From the beginning as a cultural relics collection institution, the museum has developed into an important place for cultural communication, and the trend of cultural participation in life has gradually emerged.According to Dewey's "communication concept",communication has theconnotation of constructing a community, and the outstanding characteristics that accompany it are interactivity and constructivity. From this perspective, although the current cultural communication of museums in China presents a rich sense of communication with each passing day,it still fundamentally adheres to the communication concept of "transferring views",which is far from the goal of building a community. The third chapter mainly expounds the theoretical perspective of this article. The concept of cultural governance comes from Foucault's "governance technique" and Bennett's "cultural governance" theory, emphasizing that culture has become a practical governance technique, implicit in specific political, economic, and aesthetic life practices.Following the perspective of cultural governance,it can be found that the cultural communication of the museum presents its side as a governance tool at both the shaping of the individual and the construction of the community. However, the current domestic cultural communication also faces the lack of cultural governance concepts and multiple identities of staff Difficulties such as shackles, tourist sightseeing and its cold media properties. In Chapter 5,this study attempts to reflect on practice and give suggestions for countermeasures.Cultural governance emphasizes "to achieve governance through culture",and its pragmatic characteristics determine that museums must establish the identity of public cultural intermediaries for cultural communication, rather than the role of cultural regulators;pluralistic co-governance is also the essence of cultural governance and should be established Grid governance organization, attaching importance to the multi-subject joint governance mechanism;considering the special national conditions of the disparity between the number of museums and the population, you can consider measures such as crowd planning of exhibitions, adjustment of fee thresholds, and the establishment of free days.In addition, individual autonomy is a culture An important perspective of governance, which includes the implementation of micro-technological strategies such as cultural decoding, value identification, and behavioral awareness.
