The Discussing Of Local Transport Network Planning And Design Based On IP RAN

Full-service business operation is an important breakthrough in the development of Telecom operators.As one of the most important of Telecom operator's fundamental network,the quality of transport network directly affects the performance of the entire operator's network.How to build an high quality multi-service bearer network has become a major issue for Telecom operators and the planning and deployment of multi-service bearer network has play an important position in the operator's network.LTE network has coveredalmost urban area of China today,and will spread all over the country soon.The number ofpublic internet users and great customer line users are growing rapidly.Traditional access network cannot be able to satisfy the need of various integrated service now.Therefore,researching a new technology to meet the large bandwidth?high quality?multi-attunement?more efficientand flexible?lower maintenance cost of transport network,is of great significance.Packet transport network have a lot of advantage,such as:high efficiency of bearing,fully support point to multi-point communication,favorable expansibility and high quality of reliability?reliable timing synchronization?convenience operator and maintain etc.It will be inevitable trend to choose packet transport technology to build the local Telecom operator's transport network.This paper analyzed and researched the principle and feature of main stream transport network,include SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy)/MSTP(Multi-Service Transport Platform)?DWDM(Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing)/OTN(Optical Transport Network)and two kind of main stream packet transport network technology:PTN&IP RAN.This paper told the difference between those transport network technologies and why packet transport network is the best choice for the telecom operators nowadays.Proposed thenecessity of build packet transport network immediately based on urgent demand of multi-service bear requirement.Thispaper analyzed and summarized the principle of packet transport network planning based on IP RAN technology,combined the current situation of telecom operator's network and the requirement of multi-service bearing.Discussed the access method for base station business and great customer line in detail.And which is the best network structure for local packet transport network is also discussed.How to bear both base station business and great customer line business for the IP RAN network and the deployment of QoS?timing synchronization is also mentioned.This paper summarized all the access way and business bear method of base station business.And then discussed and standardized the six different way of great customer line business access to local packet transport network.In consideration of cooperation with other technical field is very important in network planning,this paper provided the suggestion of how to build fiber cable network and how to enhance the condition of equipment room.This paper introduced areal case which telecom operator use packet transport network to bear both base station business and great customer line business,accumulated significant local transport network construction experience.This thesis focused on how to plan local transport network in the context of the entire business operations.First,detailed analysis the situation of local transport network?the requirement of full-service bearer.Then,according to the actual network conditions and problems,this thesisprovided construction ideas and principles for this case,based on IP RAN characteristics and building ideas.At last this paper give the suggestions of local transport network construction.This case is one of the earliest case which IP RAN network carrier great customer line business in such large scale and the successfully implementation.It providedgreat reference value to promote IP RAN network bear the full-service throughout China.
