Nowadays under the background of "consumerism",while the company stimulates consumers' desire to own and show off things in various ways,consumers are also enlarging their admiration and pursuing material brands.The past "productionoriented" economic activities have gradually changed into "consumption-oriented" economic activities.In the process of excessive consumption,material resources are also highly wasted.The excessive pursuit of materialization is also gradually eroding people's spiritual world.Reading can enrich and shape people's spiritual world,but with the influence of network environment,it also indirectly affects the operation of the bookstore industry.The appearance of online bookstore,the tide of closure of physical bookstore and commercialize of modern bookstore make more and more people begin to reflect on what role "consumerism" has played in shaping the spiritual world of consumers.From the perspective of "consumerism",this study attempts to deeply analyze the changes of Chinese consumers' consumption psychology under the influence of this consumption concept and its impact on the spiritual world.The subject jointly constructs a "N+1" mode compound second-hand book service system with communalization,scenario and interaction,which combines the second-hand bookstore of Hangzhou and the Weiban Life of WEILAIYU Apartment.The system and method of service design are applied to the recycling consumption mode of second-hand books,hoping to improve the present situation through the intervention of service design.Under the incentive of discount of consumer e-commerce,there is a demand for who over-buying books and want to sell and also who want to buy second hand book but nowhere to be found.In the design process,we collect second-hand books at home and abroad,carry out case comparative analysis,combined with field research and investigation,deeply excavate the needs of target users of second-hand books,and conduct research and Analysis on readers who need to buy second-hand books with qualitative analysis as the main method and quantitative analysis as the supplement.Starting from the actual needs of readers and guided by the theory and methods of service design,this paper present that the second-hand book trading module should be stationed in mature life complexes with perfect service functions,and encourages the residents around them to participate actively in the process of collecting and selling second-hand books,so as to increase the experience of participation and using online service to make consumers feel better,integrating the online and offline second-hand bookstore,in order to affecting the surrounding residents' buying habits and consumption concepts,hoping to let consumers better accept the concept of book recycling consumption,promote the better circulation of book resources,but also let the cultural reading atmosphere better integrate into consumers' daily life.
