The development of physical bookstores has been receiving attention from all walks of life in recent years.Whether it is the competition of online bookstores or the rising operating costs and the changes in readers' reading habits,the survival of physical bookstores is at stake.In 2017,the word "sharing"was so hot that sharing bicycles,shared charging treasures,shared cars,and other shared economies that were active in the market in a shared form allowed people to gradually accept the convenience brought by"sharing".In the same year,Fuxin Media launched a new shared economy in the bookstore of Hefei Sanxiaokou Xinhua Bookstore.This paper takes Hefei shared bookstore as the research object and explores its internal operation strategy.After research,it is found that the shared bookstore is not an independent bookstore,but the new media uses the idle resources of the physical bookstore under its name,taking the wind of sharing economy and using mobile The Internet platform shares the books of the physical bookstore,allowing the reader to temporarily obtain a service for the right to use the book for free.Shared bookstores essentially share the economy and are a way for physical bookstores to transform traditional business models.Fuxin Media uses dozens of online bookstores in Hefei to form a shared bookstore network to realize the book "Tonglutongtong",and also uses the smart study APP to aggregate users,connect books and readers,and share the bookstore's online and offline modes.The management limitations of traditional physical bookstores have revitalized the resources that are not utilized by physical bookstores.Not only that,Fuxin Media also uses the shared bookstore service to build its own digital platform to make the transition to digital enterprises.At the same time,the Smart Study Room also builds a unified publicity window for dozens of shared bookstores in Hefei,breaking the line.The physical bookstore "respectively",the information channel of the bookstore readers will greatly reduce the cost of publicity and increase the enthusiasm of readers to participate in the bookstore activities.In addition,the free lending service unique to the shared bookstore will affect readers'reading habits and cultivate the new media.Highly loyal readers.It can be seen that the shared bookstore has realized the innovation of management from many aspects,which distinguishes the operation of the traditional bookstore.Although the shared bookstore was launched soon,its impact is undeniable.It not only increases the brand value of the company,but also brings the extra profit to the "popularity"of the shared bookstore,which is more for the reader.It is conducive to let readers go out of the "home" to return to the bookstore,cultivate readers' reading habits and enhance the reading depth.It is not only conducive to shaping the image of Hefei city for Hefei City,but also beneficially supplements Hefei Library because of the unique mode of sharing bookstores.This paper first briefly expounds the connotation of the core concept,sorts out the micro-environment where Hefei shared bookstores,and analyzes the favorable factors of Hefei shared bookstore in the macro environment by means of PEST.Secondly,a detailed analysis and introduction of the shared bookstore model was carried out.The author's questionnaire survey and interview clerk obtained the information as the foothold,and comprehensively analyzed the operation of Hefei shared bookstore.Then,we will sort out the innovation points of the shared bookstore and elaborate on each innovation point.In addition,the author also analyzes the positive impact of shared bookstores from the perspectives of enterprises,readers and cities,and hopes that the shared bookstore model will bring some reference value to the transformation of other physical bookstores.At the end of the thesis,it also objectively mentions the shortcomings of the current development of the shared bookstore.Sharing the bookstore as a new thing is not terrible.The key lies in the problem of solving the problem.
