Second-hand bookshops,used to be called old bookshops in mainland China.Nowadays,second-hand bookstore is not only the buying and selling space of silver,but also the modern society with the rapid updating of information,which spans the time limit and preserves the field of the time stamp.With the change of the era,the development of the city,district,business circle,bookstores more closely,the interaction between subsequently developed art space is also more diverse,the future of second-hand bookstore industry is not an isolated,but everyone relay points of life and the life course.Compared with the new bookstore,second-hand bookstore has unique characteristics and social function,buying and selling second-hand bookstores biphasic,owns the library readers can buy the book in a second-hand bookstore can also sell their idle books to second-hand bookshops,and therefore the reader and second-hand bookseller is in the case of identity each other equivalent free two-way trade;Second-hand bookshops have a combination of consumption and recycling systems,sharing knowledge through recycling and recycling.Second-hand bookstore is not only the cultural transmission of social role,but also to protect the precious ancient books of literature,from "bad luck" break into pulp,has the function of protection and inheritance culture.Taipei city second-hand books has experienced three stages: the change of total 50 to 60 s of the 20 th century heyday,brighter street during 70-80-s of the 20 th century Guanghua market decline,second-hand bookstore in the 1990 s transition period.As second-hand bookshops moved to the Wenroting area of Taipei city,they gradually formed a regionalized economy.This paper analyzes the spatial distribution of the second-hand bookstore in Wenroting by means of field survey,and analyzes its operating environment by SWOT analysis.With simplicity,elegance,nostalgia,aesthetic second-hand bookshops,ZhuXuan,ancient and modern books,old house,his second-hand bookstores as a case,respectively from the management idea,the standard of store layout,choosing books,business model,marketing model,etc were investigated.By applying the method of depth interview investigation,analysis "to choose","private custom","entity + online","bookstore + unfolds","stay white" bookstore mode as well as the relationship marketing,experience marketing,marketing,cultural marketing.SPSS questionnaire was used to analyze the influence of consumer personality,consumption habit and attitude analysis on consumption behavior,and to put forward constructive Suggestions on second-hand bookstore.Finally,it is suggested that the second-hand bookstore in mainland China should use the successful transformation experience of the second-hand bookstore of Wenroting to enhance its competitive advantages and operating characteristics.Through the investigation and research of the second-hand bookstore of Wenroting,the humanistic spirit and space aesthetics of the second-hand bookstore in the mainland may be able to make the people of this era have a meaningful place to live.
