After entering the 21st century,with the continuous change and development of global information technology,the huge information and data management within enterprises has become more and more complex,which has triggered a hot wave of theoretical research on knowledge economy management.Knowledge has become an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to and study the benefits of knowledge management,and develop rapidly in the process of continuous practice.As a large-scale information management system,in order to reduce the cost of research and development of the system and achieve rapid delivery of products,collaboration of multiple software development teams has become the preferred choice of most enterprises.Joint development teams can effectively solve the problems of limited personal knowledge structure,inexperience,inertia thinking that affect the final results of the project,and can allow professionals to focus on only one aspect of the problem and propose the best solution.However,as project teams from different enterprises may have different understandings of the same thing due to factors such as job position,knowledge structure system and personality differences,so that team members cannot reach consensus on some issues.In addition,for external cooperative companies,the unique intellectual property of the enterprise comes from long-term project practice and has important value that explicit knowledge does not have.Tacit knowledge,as the core strategic resources of an enterprise,has certain exclusiveness and monopoly,which to a great extent inhibits the efficiency and quality of the joint development team.This paper aims to through the information found in the existing team interaction and knowledge sharing problem is analyzed,and with reference to the industry advanced ideas,based on the theory of interacting management and information interaction,construct a model between different teams and knowledge sharing that can fully realize to solve the information interaction problems,so as to promote teamwork ability,realize maximum benefits of the project,and to extend the model to other similar teamwork project construction,make it has a certain universality.
