Research On Construction And Application Of Ethnic And Cultural Knowledge Map

With the development of the information society and cultural information resources are widely used in all areas of society, its development and utilization become the focus of academic departments;but on the basis of the development is low value level, the goal is to realize its value.In this paper, based on cultural information resources,using literature research methods to cultural information resources into four types of information:the record information, Physical type information intellectual information, zero information, and separately analyzed the characteristics and prospects of information, as a matter of the four types of classified information will help national cultural organizations, to prepare for a national culture knowledge map, help identify cultural patterns.After that, through knowledge mapping methods and Gephi software related to relevant information resources in Guangxi National Cultural Information Sharing Project owned cultural construct appropriate knowledge map, combined with the information chain theory were analyzed to develop information resources, and from open and use of information resources perspective starting to map the user can obtain knowledge of national culture, cognition and can be utilized as the basis,From the map construction, map content and precipitation patterns develop three aspects of the cultural map of the development of information resources to achieve, that is, from the perspective of achieving scientific classification map construction, in order to reflect the service concept mapping content to build a diversified portfolio of value-added spectrum. Finally, from the resources and support, ideas security, service channel system protection, security and other aspects of institutional and cultural knowledge to build a national security mechanism route map to achieve promotion.
