The rapid development of Internet technology provides users with more ways to gain knowledge and share experiences.The social question-and-answer network model in which users create their own content through interaction has gradually grown.The typical foreign socialized question-and-answer platforms are Quora in the United States and Naver Knowledge-iN in South Korea.The well-known domestic ones know,Baidu knows.The Q&A platform has undergone a transition from a simple question-andanswer model to a social-centric knowledge-sharing model,and whether users are willing to share their knowledge and experience depends on their willingness to share knowledge.Deeply exploring the user's willingness to share knowledge and its influence law has important theoretical significance for improving the level of community knowledge management.The existing literature on the knowledge sharing willingness of virtual community users is still in the exploration stage,and it is rare to start from the user interaction to study the influencing factors of knowledge sharing willingness.Revealing the relationship between user interaction and the willingness to share knowledge enables social question-and-answer network operators to guide user behavior more accurately and improve the user's stickiness.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the impact of user interaction on the willingness to share knowledge.Based on the review and summary of the existing literature,this study combines social exchange theory,S-O-R theory,and motivation matching theory to construct a framework model of user interaction to knowledge sharing willingness,collecting 438 knowledge bases.User's questionnaire data,using SPSS22.0 to statistically analyze the data,the relationship between knowledge interaction,emotional interaction,flow experience and knowledge sharing;knowledge interaction,emotional interaction,implicit motivation and flow experience an empirical study.The conclusion of this study is that user knowledge interaction and emotional interaction have a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing willingness;user knowledge interaction and emotional interaction have a significant positive impact on flow experience,and flow experience has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing willingness.The flow experience plays a partial intermediary role between user interaction and knowledge sharing willingness;recessive achievement motivation and implicit affinity motivation can significantly adjust the influence of user knowledge interaction on flow experience;recessive achievement motivation,recessive affinity Motivation can significantly adjust the influence of user's emotional interaction on the experience of heart flow;implicit power motivation has no significant adjustment effect in the process of knowledge interaction on flow experience,and implicit power motivation can significantly adjust the influence of user's emotional interaction on flow experience.The innovation of this research: based on the perspective of user interaction,the impact of knowledge sharing willingness,the flow experience as the mediator variable,the user implicit motivation as the adjustment variable,the theoretical model of user interaction to knowledge sharing willingness is constructed,and the analysis is analyzed.The internal mechanism behind behavior reveals the relationship between user interaction and willingness to share knowledge.
