Research On Knowledge Sharing Method And Strategy For New Product Development Group In Network Environment

Knowledge sharing is the core content of knowledge management. New product development is crucial for the survival and development of enterprises, at the same time its process is also a knowledge-intensive and knowledge innovation process. In this process, the important issue in knowledge management practice is how to realize knowledge sharing and promote knowledge innovation, thus enhance the enterprise's adaptability and product innovation capabilities. Especially with the information and communication technology development and fierce market competition, network organizations are increasingly becoming an important new product development organization. In such a complex organizational context, there are existence of both co-operative relationship and competitive relationship among enterprises, so how to achieve an effective knowledge sharing becomes an important research topic.First of all, this paper summarized up the research findings of knowledge sharing, and evaluated these findings, pointed out the defect of knowledge sharing research, and raises the issue of this paper.Secondly, this part analyzed obstacles and risk of new product development team's knowledge sharing in network environment comprehensively, and promoted a knowledge sharing mechanism for knowledge sharing from the perspective of the technical strategy, systematic strategy and organizational strategy.Thirdly, this paper analyzed obstacles of tacit knowledge sharing in the network environment, then build a knowledge sharing model of new product development in network environment through the application of Ontology, Solving the issues of semantic heterogeneous and structural isomers and finally promoted the effect of knowledge sharing; According to the risk been analyzed in the second part, use access control model to establish a knowledge access control model for new product development in network environment. Finally, this part is the application of the proposed theoretical model in the field of mobile phones development, described its specific process, hope to be able to play a referential significance for business knowledge sharing practices.
