In recent years,the market demand of China's mobile communication industry is growing,accelerating the construction of base stations in the communication industry.With the increasing number of base stations and power consumption of base stations,the daily maintenance and management burden of base stations is becoming increasingly heavy.To promote and develop the integrated benefits of resource sharing,China Tower has fully undertaken the operation of base station infrastructure and stock base stations of the three major telecommunication operators.Apart from the towers and stations,the sharing of the base station facilities also includes the power supply equipment for the base station,which is provided by the China Tower.However,due to the complex and changeable sharing mode within the base station,it is difficult to accurately calculate the actual power consumption of the major operators,and the current billing method can not meet the requirements of operators.Therefore,an intelligent power allocation system is needed to solve this problem.This paper investigates all kinds of sharing modes of base stations,summarizes three kinds of sharing modes,and designs the corresponding electricity fee allocation for each mode.A power allocation system based on STM32 and GPRS is designed and implemented.The system uses STM32 as the main controller and FreeRTOS as the software platform.The AC metering unit is designed by using the AT7022 E three-phase energy metering chip and ZMCT116 A transformer.The RN8209 D single-phase metering chip and Hall sensor are selected to form the DC metering unit,and USR-GPRS232-7S3 is used as the software platform.A communication controller unit is designed for wireless data transmission module.At the same time,the host computer monitoring software is designed by Qt,which can display electricity data and electricity information in real time.The test results show that the AC and DC acquisition meters designed by the system can meet the accuracy standard of 0.2S and 0.5 grade of active power,and the power allocation is accurate,which meets the design requirements.
