| Management system of Base station electricity cost aims for solving the actual problems that exist in the practical electricity cost of base station, it uses the advanced designing ideas and development technology to build a set of management system that involved in all aspects of electricity management facing to various types of users.The system effectively solve these conditions following:The virtual-high electricity cost caused by inaccurate manual data collection, incomplete monitoring mechanism, inadequate valid statistical data and so on.And it solves the problems of inaccurate data, ineffective control in management of base station electricity cost.This thesis uses Unified Process software development method, set UML (Unified Modeling Language) as the analyzing and designing language. The system which is based on B/S structure, uses J2EE multi-layer design constructure, achieves station management (ammeter, owner-managed), data collection, statement generation, standardized assessment (customised approval forms and flow), statistical analysis and other functions.This thesis analyzes background of the system development and the situation of both domestic and abroad's research; determines the needs according to the unified manage method on demand, establishes demand model on base station management,data collection flow approval, what we consider mostly is to let the user understand it easily when need is determined. we design the system in section 3 and section 4. During detailed analysis procedure, the system analyzes info maintaining of the base station, initialize the data, maitain settled gauge collection, and approval flow, make a detailed design on the customized memu and procedure during approval flow. The importance of design is how to make the system be operated easily and simply. Through Powdesign, it sets up systemic conceptual model and physical model, and create database description accordingly. Describes the important implements of electricity gauge control,data collection on prepaid or postpaid, flow approval and statistical analysis during implement procedure. Finally we give a summary and works in future. This system has been running successfully in Jinan Mobile Company, and has got some achievements, make certain effect to control the annual electricity cost of base station. Now, the electricity cost is decreasing, the average power consumption of base station is declining step by step. |
