Research Of Open Sharing Knowledge Resources Organization And Application

In the knowledge economy era, the knowledge resources of enterprises and institutions are developed and effectively used by knowledge management which enhances the ability of innovation and creating value. Knowledge management system must support the organization for knowledge accumulation, storage, dissemination, exchange, share, continually evolve, and support the knowledge workers' knowledge innovation.Ontology is a modeling tool which describes concept in the level of semantic and knowledge and can effectively resolves the problems of distributed and heterogeneous information integration, sharing and reusing. The knowledge base allows user to obtain more knowledge that suites their needs and enhance knowledge utilization through the relationships and attributes in the ontology.In the knowledge management system, building the knowledge base is the basis for knowledge sharing and the key which ensures that the knowledge management system runs smoothly and effectively. However, the current knowledge management system lacks creative ways of knowledge resources sharing and doesn't support knowledge resources with the folder organiztion in the B/S framework to support user collaboration. The knowledge base that has been built can not get new knowledge real-time and semi-automatic to update the knowledge base when the knowledge is running. This situation affects the performance of knowledge management system, so it is necessary to build a comprehensive and stable resource base and knowledge base. This paper presents an open systems framework for the sharing of knowledge resources, analies deeply the realization of its technology, builds an ontology-based enterprise knowledge base and studies deeply of the users knowledge collabration and the evolution of the knowledge base.The key contents of this paper includes: the collaborative creation of knowledge resources, knowledge resources sharing, ontology and enterprise knowledge base construction method, ontology storage, and the evolution of enterprise knowledge base. This paper studies the field of information-oriented ontology and builds an enterprise ontology and knowledge base. The innovation of this paper includes: support collaborative knowledge creation, offer the interface for knowledge base evolving, solve the traditional problems faced by ontology knowledge base, and facilite the practical application of knowledge management system. System application shows that the system achieves better knowledge sharing and has practical significance.
