| Test automation is to simulate the tester manually to test corresponding system. Today, along with the system updating faster and faster and the requirements of customers on the system quality finally becoming higher and higher, automation test has increasingly showed its advantages on improving the execution efficiency of software test and reducing execution cost of software test. With the mass production of LCD&LED TV, promoting the efficiency of production and reducing the artificial cost of the manufacture are especially important for the company. The automation test of LCD&LED TV line is the inevitable trend of technology development of the industry, the research and development of automation test system used in module and the whole machine line is in full swing. In order to deal with these problems, this article started with the requirements of LCD&LED TV main board test, and made the involved technical issues clear one by one, and carried on the feasibility analysis, at the same time designed and developed independently the absent module combining with the existing mature modules, finally putted forward a available automation test system of main board for factory production. This automation test system combined the automation test of audio, video and contains many aspects of knowledge such as LVDS, AD conversion, DA conversion, video decoding and so on. The operation method of this automation test system is simple, the operation workers only need to place the main board to the appropriate location, this automation test can be done by automation equipment, and it is a kind of automation testing system of high performance and low cost carrier platform.This paper designed a kind of motherboard automation test system of LCD TV, and putted forward the detailed solution of motherboard automation test of LCD TV, and deeply researched the design of the key hardware circuit combining with the software function, the main research contents include:1、To introduce the current situation of motherboard test of LCD TV and according to the current situation and the existing problems, to design and plan the architecture of motherboard automation test system of LCD TV.2、This paper based on LVDS, IR, ADC, and carried on the design of related hardware circuit, and discussed the design of key modules in detail. On this basis, This paper deeply studied the problems in the application process of actual circuit, and carried on specific analysis according to the specific problems, and implemented the specific countermeasures.3、This paper introduced collectively external connection diagram, internal module diagram and the software configuration method and testing process of motherboard automation test system of LCD TV and illustrated the encountered problems in practical use. |
