Research And Implementation The Technology Of Processing PCB Data In Automatic Test System

In automatic test system, the need for testing of printed circuit board EDA softwareplatform based on different types of design, but because of the difference between the EDAsoftware, hinders the sharing and test of PCB data;Besides when we design circuit it is easyto overlook the testability;Therefore,implementation of processing PCB data in the automatictest system, PCB data conversion and measuring is an urgent problem to be solved.The main works of this dissertation are to implementing different types of PCB dataconversion,detection of files Testability and testing path optimization,finally generate testfiles which are suitable for automatic test system.A data conversion and testabilityapplication system is architected，which can achieve the above-mentioned functions.Theconcrete realization of the process are as follows: First of all, study on Protel,Cadence andMentor three PCB files format and the corresponding transfer standard, design a general datastructure (neutral file), architect a data conversion system based on VC++programming tool,contrast the effect of PCB conversion and the corresponding error,also analyse the sources ofconversion error and the corresponding control strategy;Then the corresponding measuringrules are set, and the measuring method and process are studied. Finally, the neutral files areedited and processed to generate test files, using ant colony algorithm to optimize the test file,which contains the automatic test system of all testing information can rapidly and effectivelycomplete the circuit board test.This dissertation was Paved the way for the rapid and efficientcompletion of the test of the circuit board.According to the results, the system can satisfy the automatic testing system of the PCBrequirements. The system is an effective solution to a variety of PCB data conversion,measuring and testing document generation and optimization. Compared with the traditionalsystem, this system not only retains the design source file’s intentions and consistency, butalso the transformed data can be two times to edit and reuse, it can effectively improve thetest efficiency test system.It has high value and broad prospect in application.
