The Design And Application Of Integrated Monitoring System In Liaoning Mobile Company

With the arriving of the 4G era,people's demand for mobile networks has reached a peak period.Amount of 4G network base stations have been constructed during a short period of time.But the network management and corresponding maintenance have not kept up with the growth rate of the number of base stations.This situation has caused a seies of problems.Because of there are huge number of base stations,the number of maintenance personnel is increasing.Extreme weather conditions such as thunderstorms and heavy snow may cause large-scale retreats.Due to inadequate supervision of maintenance personnel,the low level of emergency efficiency,and even in serious cases,network shackles are caused.All these thorny problems are obviously unable to meet the work requirements by one single monitoring system in the past.In this context,this thesis analyzes and designs the Liaoning mobile operation and maintenance monitoring integrated system,which is mainly composed of two parts: base station power and environment monitoring system and network management monitoring system.Firstly,this thesis outlines the concept and application of the current domestic and international research on operation and maintenance monitoring integrated system.Based on the analysis of the basic functions and performance requirements of the base station power and environment environment monitoring system,the logical structure of the base station power and environment system is studied.The concept and application of network management monitoring system are summarized and analyzed.According to the function of network management monitoring system,the basic architecture of network management monitoring system,such as network management information base,network management agent,network management protocol and network management station are analyzed.Secondly,this thesis designs the base station power and environment monitoring system for Liaoning Mobile Company.According to the composition and structure of the base station power and environment monitoring system,the base station anti-theft and access control subsystem,power management subsystem,air-conditioning automatic control subsystem,remote reading subsystem and image monitoring subsystem are designed according to the requirements of Liaoning Mobile Company.Finally,according to the design requirements of power and environment monitoring and management center of Liaoning Mobile Company.,the composition and structure of the supervisory center system and multi-level monitoring and management system are analyzed.Thirdly,according to the design requirements of the network management monitoring system of Liaoning Mobile Company,the composition,function and networking mode and the characteristics of the network management monitoring system are summarized.The security management functions supported by the network management system,such as user management and rights management,are designed and analyzed.Topology management functions,such as topology alarm prompts and topology auto-discovery;alarm management functions,such as alarm status and alarm reporting and processing;and log management functions are designed and accomplished.Finally,the operation of the designed operation and maintenance monitoring integrated system are studied,including base station power and environment monitoring system and network management monitoring system.The analysis and verification of the operation and application of the base station power and environment monitoring system,such as power status monitoring,base station environmental monitoring and so on are studied.The operation and application of the network management monitoring system are discussed,and the types and quantity of alarms of the network are analyzed.Through researching and designing the comprehensive operation and maintenance monitoring system for operators,this thesis realizes the comprehensive monitoring requirements and related operation and maintenance data extraction requirements in different scenarios,to achieve a newer,more efficient,more accurate,more intuitive and more comprehensive system.The operation and maintenance management mode is of great value and significance for ensuring the normal operation of the communication base station and improving the stability of the mobile communication system.
