The electric vehicle is facing a new period of great developing as the New Energy Strategy policy coming out lately, and the electric vehicle’s operation has became truth these years. In order to improve the electric vehicle’s industrialization, marketing and commercialization, it’s a key point that how to construct a complete service platform for the electric vehicle operation system, among while the monitoring system of Integrated network management is the whole platform’s core part component.Integrated network management system is the important way for the operation provider to monitor key resource, manage the operating business and integrate the whole industry resources. That’s vital for the electric vehicle industry and contributes a lot to improve the operator’s competitiveness and satisfaction.Based on such kind of background, this thesis focuses on the business demand, by analyzing a leading electric operator’s network monitoring needs in detail, and stuck to its idea of "monitoring whole phase and whole network". The integrated network system’s framework in the electric operation field is brought out after comparing with the traditional telecom operators’management system. Furthermore, it analyzes the demand of some business function module such as topology management, integrated monitoring, warning dealing and resource management, and gives the design proposal. Finally, the system is implemented over the open source framework of Struts, Spring and Hibernate, based on J2EE. Key productions of research are as follows:1. Analyze the system demands, including the system’s whole demand, role classification, use case description, function demands and non function demands.2. Study the key problem of the system, such as the framework analyzing, the technology of topology management and real-time data acquisition.3. Design the whole system, including framework environment designing, interface designing, key methods introduction and database designing.4. Design each module and implement the system, such as how to design and implement the system framework by stuck to the MVC model and interface orient programming way in order to reduce the system’s coupling and increase the developing efficiency. Then the final outcome is provided.5. Test the system, including the function test and performance test.Finally, the research work is summarized, and the future direction of study is discussed as well.
