| With the rapid development of telecommunication, the competition between telecommunication enterprises has become more and more fierce."Network quality is the lifeline of a telecommunication enterprise". Being leading in network quality is an absolute predominance for a telecommunication enterprise and having stable power equipment and fine station environment is a necessary condition for an enterprise to ensure its leading position in network quality. However, the traditional way of"operator on duty & power-off emergency repair"has two disadvantages: low efficiency of implementation and large consumption of resources. It can no longer meet the need of the development of power maintenance. Therefore, it is quite urgent to establish a monitoring system of power and environment which takes the centralization and accurateness as the principle of designing. Such system can not only store and process the data of power equipment and environmental operation from different local stations, but also take real-time monitoring and give warnings when it has malfunctions, which makes the research of the present paper significant in theory and practice.This paper makes a special research on how to design a dynamic monitoring system from the perspective of the designing and implementation of software and hardware under the background of monitoring system of power and environment based on the mobile base stations. Firstly, it introduces the current state of monitoring system of power and environment based on the mobile base stations and makes an analysis of the possibility of establishing a dynamic monitoring system. Secondly, after analyzing the feasibility of the principle, this paper constructs the basic structure of monitoring system of power and environment. Thirdly, the paper gives detailed information on the designing of the system's software, the structure of the hardware as well as the installation specifications of the hardware in the process of implementation. Finally, based on the analysis of related key technologies of the monitoring system together with the actual situation, the paper makes an argumentation to the design of monitoring system of power and environment based on the mobile base station and provides the design approach to the diagnosis of malfunction, the fault alarm and the handling of malfunction. |
