| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has accelerated the pace of poverty alleviation.Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee,the CPC Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has continuously introduced corresponding poverty alleviation policies and invested a large amount of manpower,material resources and funds for the development of poverty alleviation.As the most authoritative newspaper in Hebei Province,Hebei Daily has always closely focused on the practice and effect of poverty alleviation work in Hebei Province,continuously increased the poverty alleviation report,adhered to correct public opinion guidance,and created a good environment in Hebei Province.Work hard with the atmosphere of public opinion.This paper takes the poverty alleviation report of Hebei Daily as the research object,and selects the related reports with the mantissa of the date of 5 and 0 in 2016-2018,and a total of333 samples are obtained.At the same time,based on the theory of news framework theory,this paper uses the journalist framework theory of Taiwan scholar Professor Zang Guoren to quantitatively analyze the sample,and analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the framework of poverty alleviation report of Hebei Daily in the past three years.Exploring the improvement path of the Hebei Daily's report on poverty alleviation in the future.According to Zhai Guoren's three-level framework theory,this paper will place the research samples in the three levels of the framework(thematic construction level),the middle(text construction level),and the low(reporting key level)and construct corresponding research categories.In-depth quantitative analysis of the sample based on the category.After analysis,the "Hebei Daily" poverty alleviation report in the past three years has a clear theme in the theme construction level,text construction level and report keynote level,comprehensively showing poverty alleviation work;combining multiple elements,organically showing the status of poverty alleviation;attaching importance to positive publicity and focusing on shaping Positive image and other characteristics.However,the "Hebei Daily" report on poverty alleviation in the past three years also has a single reporting angle,the report genre imbalance;the source of information is limited,the news planning is insufficient;the language is solidified,and the use of the picture is single.Finally,the article proposes a targeted improvement path based on the problems analyzed in the previous stage.That is to say,at the level of theme construction,enrich the perspective of the report,pay attention to folk discourse;balance the report genre to strengthen public opinion supervision.At the level of text construction,expand sources,focus on field interviews;increase news planning and expand coverage.At the level of the report,innovative language expression,enhance expression;enrich the picture style,increase chart comics. |
