Study On The Use Efficiency Of Private Funds Of Lead Eastern

Our country pays more and more attention to the development of cultural industry,and actively encourages the development and growth of cultural industry.With the support of national policy and the development of Internet,as an important branch of cultural industry,media enterprises have developed rapidly.Non-media enterprises are also constantly opening up media business and actively approaching the media industry.However,whether the media enterprises want to expand their scale,further develop,or the non-media industries want to achieve transformation,they need a lot of funds as support in these processes.As a result of the rapid collection of large amounts of funds through private funds,more and more enterprises choose it,but most of them do not use funds efficiently,resulting in waste of resources.This paper chooses Lead Eastern as a case to analyze the performance and reasons of the efficiency of the use of funds,and puts forward corresponding suggestions according to specific issues.There are six parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,methods,content,literature review and so on.The second part includes the concepts and research theories of private funds and efficiency of fund use.The third part is to introduce the general situation of Lead Eastern and the basic situation of private funds.The fourth part is a case study,which is also the main part of this paper.Firstly,DEA-BCC model is used to analyze the efficiency of directional additional funds of Lead Eastern.The results show that the use of funds in the year of directional additional funds in Lead Eastern is effective,but the use of funds in 2016 and 2017 is ineffective,and the scale returns show a decreasing trend,indicating that the efficiency of the use of funds lacks permanence.Secondly,this paper uses financial analysis method to analyze the changes of financial ratio before and after private funds,and then to analyze the use efficiency of private funds of Lead Eastern.The results show that in 2015,Lead Eastern's operating conditions have improved,but its operating capacity has gradually declined.Thirdly,based on the project income,the efficiency of fund use is analyzed.The results show that the project fund use is faster,but the yield is lower,which further illustrates the inefficiency of private funds of Lead Eastern.Finally,the reasons for the inefficiency of private funds of Lead Eastern are analyzed,such as project changes,excessive investment,weak profitability,lack of effective supervision of funds,weak risk prevention and control ability,etc.The fifth part is the suggestion.The concrete suggestions are:(1)do a good job in project investigation,(2)raise and use funds reasonably,(3)improve the profitability of enterprises,risk prevention and control ability,(4)strengthen the supervision of funds,etc.The sixth part is to summarize the research ideas,research results and put forward shortcomings.
