Abstract/Summary:
At the end of the 20 th century,private equity funds overseas poured into Chinese market.Since then,private equity investment has gradually become popular in China.With the rapid development of economy,private equity funds have become common practice in China.Therefore,the challenging and complex business process management has become an urgent problem to be solved in the private equity fund investment industry.It is urgent to develop a platform that can help the government,enterprises and fund companies to form a standardized version in the process of daily fund management.Based on the above background,this thesis studies a private equity fund investment management system with a process that conforms to business rules and a friendly interface.The main contribution of the system is to realize the procedural and electronic processing of private equity investment projects.This thesis designs and implements the subsystems of the private equity investment management system.The system is divided into project pool management module,pre-investment management module,post-investment management module,investment committee management module,risk management module and project exit module.In terms of system design,Qian Kun micro-service tool is used in the front end,and Spring Cloud micro-service architecture is introduced in the back end.Each module and application on the front and back end exists independently and is deployed separately as micro-service,which better solves the problem of system scalability.Besides,the front end is developed based on Vue,and also adopts the front-end engineering,front-end MVVM(Model-View-View Model)framework,front-end Flux architecture,Nginx,Node.js and other technical frameworks.A number of technologies,such as Redis distributed cache,document-oriented database Jack Rabbit,My Batis paging plug-in,My Batis-Plus framework and Activiti6,are introduced into the back end,which solve some key obstacles in the development and operation of the system and significantly improve the efficiency of the system operation.The system uses Nacos to unify the configuration center and service registration.During the whole development,testing and deployment stage,it always implements the Dev Ops concept,uses JMeter for performance testing,uses Gitlab-CI tool for continuous integration and automated deployment of micro-services,and uses Pipeline to improve the efficiency of continuous integration delivery.It has realized parallel construction,containerization and other functions,greatly improving the efficiency of deployment operation and maintenance.This thesis first describes the project background,project significance,research status at home and abroad,the main work of the thesis and the organization structure of the thesis,then it introduces the related technologies and tools used in the project.After that,it analyzes the overall system planning,project requirements,system functional requirements and non-functional requirements and carries out a detailed design of the system,including overall system design,module division,architecture design,detailed design of each module and database design.Then is the introduction of the specific implementation of the system,including the main class table,key code and running result diagram of the system,and the system is tested on the basis of the implementation.Finally,it summarizes,prospects and analyzes the experience gained during the project practice and the system’s still existing shortcomings and prospects for the further improvement of the system.
