Research On The Effective Participation Of Social Power In The Construction Of Archives Resources In China

Due to the continuous advancement of China's political system reform and the rapid development of Internet technology,the archives work model is facing new opportunities and challenges.In recent years,the archives are increasingly focusing on the introduction of social forces into the daily archives work,which not only increases productivity but also meets the diverse needs of people.At present,the research on the participation of social forces in archives work in China is biased towards the theoretical and practice scope of archives public services.There are relatively few studies on the stage of archival resource construction.Therefore,the article explores the participation of social forces in the construction of public archives resources in order to promote the realization of social forces participation and to engage social forces to truly play a beneficial role.At present,there are some problems in the participation level,participation form,participation channels and participation guarantee of the participation of Chinese social forces in the construction of archives resources,which have led to the participation of social forces in “inefficiency”.Based on this,the article rationally applies Thomas' effective decision theory to the field of social power participation in archives resource construction.Start with management decisions and design an effective management model for social forces in the construction of archives resources.On this basis,it is supplemented.The mutual implementation of the effective management mode and effective guarantee mechanism of the participation of social power in the construction of archives resource jointly promote the in-depth research and practice of the construction of the national archives resource system.
