In recent years,with the acceleration of the development of financial market and the gradual improvement of regulatory compliance requirements.In order to meet business development and regulatory requirements,Bank A urgently needs to establish analyzed the requirement integrated trading software of front,middle and back official.As the contractor of Bank A's trading software project,Company B neither planed the content of requirement interviews nor analyzed the needs and expectations of stakeholders in requirement phase,which led to repeated modification of requirements,spread requirement,delay in progress and design iterations.From the demand engineering in the 1980s,domestic and foreign scholars have made more and more in-depth research on requirement management.Requirement management already has theoretical support.However,in the banking software industry,due to the strong business nature,complex operation process,high requirements for risk supervision,and the lack of business and management compound talents,requirement management is relatively weak.In order to improve the requirement management level of similar projects in Company B,this paper is based on Bank A trading software project,and mainly studies the following contents:1.Deeply excavate the problems existing in the project requirement management of Bank A trading software.2.Combining the current situation of project requirement management and project characteristics of Bank A,this paper analyses the problems existing in Bank A project,and analyses the reasons for the problems,and sums up the key reasons.3.Find out the countermeasures to solve the key causes,such as comprehensively identifying the connected person through the SIPOC method,using the power and influence grid model to manage the stakeholders' participation in the project,establishing the decision-making organization,using the brainstorming method to formulate the decision-making plan to improve the decision-making mechanism,and applying the kano model to divide the level of demand and establish a matrix of requirements and resources,etc.4.The method is applied to the second phase of Bank A project to verify the feasibility and reusability of the above-mentioned scheme by the implementation effect of the second phase of project requirements.This study will further promote the standardization and standardization of Company B's software project requirement management,reduce the frequency of requirement changes to a certain extent,and enhance Company B's reputation in the financial software industry.
