With the rapid growth of new multimedia services and intelligent terminals,mobile communication systems are facing pressures such as system capacity,data rate,and spectrum resources.The application of the fifth generation mobile communication technology(5G)is an urgent task.At present,the development and maturity of 5G technology,it is only a matter of time before the 5G terminal is put into commercial use.Before the 5G terminal is put into commercial use,its RF performance needs to be verified by its RF test.Therefore,the RF test technology for 5G terminals is of great significance to the commercialization of 5G.This article is selected in the national major science and technology project"R5-based 5G terminal test system and platform development",focusing on 5G terminal RF test,respectively designed and implemented 5G terminal RF test environment and 5G terminal RF test cases.Firstly,this thesis reviews the related concepts and technologies of 5G terminal RF test,expounds the basic concepts of 5G physical layer and focuses on the technical solutions adopted by the physical layer.The related principles,test indicators and test methods of 5G terminal RF test are discussed.Subsequently,in view of the lack of terminal RF test environment capable of 5G test in the current practical application,this thesis designs and implements a terminal RF test environment capable of automatic test;the test environment includes hardware part and software part,and the hardware part is responsible for The link setup of the test environment provides the RF indicator analysis capability through the test instrument.The software part is responsible for improving the automation of the test environment and providing a friendly user interface.In addition,the content covered by the 5G terminal RF test case is increasing.The software part also provides an interface for the implementation of the new test case;the system test results show that the test environment can efficiently complete the 5G terminal RF test.Finally,in order to sol've the problem of the current lack of standardized 5G terminal RF test cases,this thesis designs and implements the 5G terminal RF test case,analyzes and discusses the general RF test case design and implementation method,and realizes the maximum power based on this design.Three typical test cases of the power,the maximum power and the maximum input level are given.The test conditions and process design process are given respectively.The implementation of the three test cases is completed by means of the test case implementation interface in the designed test environment.The experimental results show that the designed and implemented test cases can complete the corresponding terminal RF test.
