Research And Development Of Auto-Generation Software Test Case System

Auto-generation Test Case is a very difficult problem for Software Testing, and now it is still on the research stage, hi this paper, we focused on it and discovered about the existing algorithm and technology, combined with the actual requirement, prompted a White-Box Unit Test algorithm-Instruction based test case generation. We also coded with C++ language accomplished it under the Windows Sever 2003 System.The auto-generation test case system formed by three modules:(1) Test Case generation module, it takes charge of read, analyze the tested files, establish Test Case Instruction or user can directly input the parameter's information into system to generation Test Case Instruction and then generation Test Case.(2) Test case instruction files management module, it takes charge of management of Test case instruction files, add Test case instruction files information into database. And can consultation, insertion and deletion file information from the Test case instruction file database.(3) Test Case management module, it takes charge of management of the generationed Test Cases, add Test Case Information into database. And can consultation, insertion and deletion Test Case Information from the Test Case database.Although the research and the development of our system discussed in this paper is kind of exploration, it still have sense of utility and theoretic, It must have some prompt in our county's auto-generation Test Case process.
