Implementation And Application Research Of Mobile CDR Data Analysis Platform

Today,mobile phone users tend to be saturated.In order to improve their competitiveness and market share,domestic operators have built big data analysis platforms to mine user data in order to better understand user behavior and provide users with more good and more accurate service.The mobile CDR data includes individual characteristics such as the duration of the call of the mobile phone user,the frequency of the call,and the call relationship between the mobile phone users,and is an important data source for the operator to perform data analysis and mining.Moreover,with the widespread application of social network analysis methods in mobile CDR data in recent years,the call relationship between mobile phone users has been fully exploited and utilized.Therefore,the time has come to build a mobile CDR data analysis platform capable of comprehensively analyzing the individual characteristics of mobile phone users and the call relationship between mobile phone users.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the development of telecom big data analysis,elaborates the existing big data technology and big data framework and the applicable scenarios of each framework,and summarizes the related algorithms of mobile CDR data analysis.Secondly,this thesis designs and implements a mobile CDR data analysis platform based on Spark framework,and introduces social network analysis method into mobile CDR data analysis platform,which enables the platform to comprehensively analyze the individual characteristics of mobile phone users and the relationship between mobile phone users in mobile CDR data.At the same time,in order to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the platform,this thesis divides the whole platform into four levels of data collection,storage,analysis and visualization according to different functions,and designs and implements them separately.Finally,this thesis uses the designed and implemented mobile CDR data analysis platform to analyze and mine the actual mobile CDR data,including community discovery,community portrait and user portrait of mobile CDR data.Further,this thesis uses the data open interface provided by the mobile CDR data analysis platform to apply the mobile phone user portrait drawn by the analysis platform to the two aspects of shop number recommendation and telecom fraud number identification,and further explores the deep application of the mobile CDR data analysis platform.
