With the rapid expansion of the Mobile Internet,mobile terminals and network users are both on the increase,and the data volume that the telecom network carries has shown explosive growth trends.The society has come into the era of big data.Telecom operators have abundant data resources and with the help of big data processing technology,it's likely to make a breakthrough in traffic management,personalized service,data service and network optimization fields,which will create better social and economic benefits.In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the service,telecom operators need to constantly optimize the telecom network.Big data analysis helps to improve the intelligent and automation level of network optimization,thus improving the work quality and efficiency.This thesis first introduces the key technologies for big data analysis.Then the data sources of the telecom operators in the era of big data are analyzed,and the application scenarios of telecom big data are analyzed in multiple angles.Moreover,the application situation of big data in telecom operators from home and abroad is introduced in order to explain the potential value of the telecom big data.At the same time,the architecture of the big data analysis platform for telecom is analyzed.The key work of this thesis is about the design and implementation of the big data analysis system for telecom network optimization based on the big data analysis technologies.The effective,reliable,stable,extensible system general architecture is designed based on various big data processing frameworks for massive data collecting,storing and computing concerns.Furthermore,all function modules of the system are designed and implemented in details,including data acquisition module,data storage module,data analysis module and data visualization module.The system not only satisfies the needs of big data process,but also has the ability to analyze the real telecom network data to fulfill the related network optimization functions.Finally,the CDR(Charging Data Record)data are analyzed by the big data analysis system implemented in this thesis.The practical application of big data analysis in telecom network optimization is analyzed from the aspects of network plan,network capacity enlargement,radio network optimization and network performance monitoring.The system can provide effective guidance and suggestions for actual telecom network optimization work.
