With the development of mobile internet,smart terminal,cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology,the era of big data has arrived.The rapid development of big data technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to many traditional enterprises.Telecom operators naturally have massive data resources.Using big data technology to build customer segmentation data analysis platform,mining user characteristics,providing accurate marketing,customer retention and other marketing services,these are major opportunities and challenges for telecom operators in the era of big data.The telecommunications market is highly competitive and the service is homogenized.The customer-centric business model is an inevitable choice for telecom operators.Customer segmentation provides in-depth analysis of customer characteristics and requirements,providing differentiated services to customers and improving product and service quality.As a preparation for platform design and implementation,this thesis first introduces big data related technologies,then introduces the general situation of big data analysis application of telecom operators,and finally describes the current research status of telecom customer segmentation and the importance of customer segmentation for telecom operators.The research focus of this thesis is based on the implementation and application of Spark's telecom customer segmentation data analysis platform.This thesis divides the telecom customer segmentation data analysis platform into data acquisition and preprocessing module,data storage module,data analysis module and visualization module,and completes the design and implementation of each module innovatively.This thesis analyzes customer segmentation data through three different dimensions of customer loyalty segmentation,customer value segmentation and customer interest preference segmentation.Finally,in order to improve the application range of the platform,through telecom operators' big data application direction analysis,combined with telecom operator data and the telecom customer segmentation data analysis platform designed in this thesis,customer segmentation analysis,customer portrait analysis,customer marketing analysis have been applied.These applications validate the usability of the platform's features and the rationality of the application,and have some reference and guiding value in portraying customer characteristics and customer marketing analysis.
