In recent years, the telecommunications industry has deeply developed in China. After the restructuring of telecommunication business, the war of contesting customers will become more and more fiercely because three Telecom operators have step into all services age. It is important to use data resource and scientific method so that improve customer relations, upgrade the network quality, reduce operating costs, improve network utilization and increase customer satisfaction. meanwhile, with the development of technology of data analyse , its importance is obviously , and the field of its application and research is more and more extensive.
