The Design And Implementation Of The Telecom Data Business Surveillance And Analysis System

Telecom Operation Support System (OSS) is the support system for the integration of telecommunications operators, and the sharing of information resources. It is mainly by the network management, systems management, accounting, business, accounting and customer service components. OSS is an important method to begin speedily operations, guarantee operations in time and optimize the management of network resources, is an undivided part of telecom network management. It is one of the operation and management stratagems to build an OSS with perfect functions, flexible communication and full share of message for every telecom operators, who have paid high attention to and focus the development on it.The function of the data business management system in OSS is to maximize the use of the telecommunications network resources, improve the quality and efficiency of network operations, providing good communications services to users. Although currently available data business service management system has achieved the basic functions of monitoring business indicators, but only briefly listed indicators together. In order to obtain the information they need, users still need to do a lot of operations.The multidimensional analysis processing technology provides the function of multidimensional analysis for the telecommunication data business key performance indicators. Maintenance and operations staff can access to the information they care about most more directly and conveniently. They can understand the data business operation timely and fault location rapidly. It can improve the data quality and efficiency of business operations effectively.This paper presents a method of design and building telecom data business surveillance and analysis system and focus the discussion on the design and implementation of the module of multidimensional analysis processing.The major contributions of this paper are as follows:1 analyzed the application of multidimensional analysis processing multidimensional analysis technology in the telecommunications OSS;2 introduced the thinking and method of building telecom data business surveillance and analysis system;3 implemented a telecom data business surveillance and analysis system based on multidimensional analysis processing.The thinking and designing of building telecom data business surveillance and analysis system discussed in this paper has been applied in a project of data business surveillance and analysis system which the writer has participate in some province. The system has satisfied the basic needs of data service analysis. It has been well received by users.
