Implementation And Application Of Telecom Network Quality Evaluation System Based On Big Data Analysis

With the development of mobile Internet, intelligent terminals, cloud computing, Internet of things technology, the era of big data is coming.Telecom operators have accumulated a large number of data. On the one hand, the storage and analysis of massive become a problem for telecom operator, on the other hand, big data analysis technology has brought great opportunities for greater success for its development.Network quality is the key factor to enhance the competitiveness of mobile communication enterprises. This paper aims to establish a network quality assessment system to the extract information of network quality from the mass of telecom data using the big data technology. As the preparatory work for system construction, this thesis first introduces the key technology of big data analysis, then give a detailed description of the research progress in big data of telecom operator from three aspects,including the current status of big data analysis, platform construction and application of data analysis.The focus of this thesis is to design and implement the telecom network quality evaluation system based on the big data analysis technology. The thesis divide the system into four modules, including data acquisition and preprocessing module, data storage module, data analysis module and data module, then introduces the design and implementation process of each module. In the thesis, network quality evaluation mainly reflects in three aspects. The first aspect is the analysis of coverage,maintain, interference index of traditional network quality index system;the second aspect is the overall network performance evaluation through the definition of network comprehensive quality grade; the third aspect is the prediction of the future network quality level by using historical data.Finally, the thesis uses the background data of some operator project named network speed system as the data source of network evaluation system, and describes the specific application of system in three aspects,including network performance monitoring, early warning of running state and planning of the network structure. These applications verify the availability of the system and the rationality of the data analysis. It also shows that the results of the system have a certain reference and guidance to the operators' daily network optimization and network planning.
