The Case Study On Fixed Asset Management Information System Based On Big Data Of TT Communication Company

For TT communication company,most of the fixed assets are base stations and towers,which are of high value and are the main source of profit.Their management will directly affect the business development of the enterprise,so the management requirements for these fixed assets are increasingly,not only to meet the general fixed asset management requirements,but also to carry out the whole process tracking management of all the business links involved in these fixed assets.Except that,It also should achieve refined management and understand the real-time cost,value and revenue.It is obvious that the traditional fixed asset management system can no longer meet the existing management needs.Therefore,TT Communications has applied the fixed asset management information system based on big data to refine,visualize and complete each of these fixed assets.The system has been applied for nearly three years,and its application process has achieved certain results.While achieving the predetermined fixed asset management requirements,it has also greatly improved the management efficiency of fixed assets and reduced the pressure on managers.The management cost is reduced,so it is necessary to summarize the application and management experience of the system so that enterprises with similar asset management requirements can learn from it.Thesis is a case study,which firstly expounds the related theoretical knowledge of the concept,application target and function of the fixed asset management information system based on big data in the communication industry,and secondly focuses on the TT communication company.Based on the characteristics and management requirements of the company's fixed assets,the application status of the system and the application structure of the system and the management process of the fixed assets are described and analyzed.The application effect of the system in terms of fixed asset management,management efficiency and labor cost,as well as the application premise and key success factors of the system are summarized.After analyzing the case study of TT Communication Company,it summarizes the application of the fixed asset management information system based on big data to achieve the following results and experience: First,it can realize all,individually identified,visualized,high-value fixed assets.The whole process is related to the management of auxiliary value preservation;Secondly,it can save a lot of labor costs;Thirdly,it can improve the management efficiency of enterprises;Fourthly,it summarizes the management objectives,whole process management and information technology requirements of fixed assets.The application premise of fixed asset management information system based on big data;Fifthly,the key success factors of the system are summarized from the aspects of business target compliance,organization matching and personnel quality protection.The contribution of this paper is that there is very little research on the fixed asset management information system based on big data,and the research object is relatively new.However,this paper is limited by the researcher's ability and professional knowledge which results in that the research on related technologies is not deep enough,but can provide a theoretical basis for other researchers.
