In the process of business operations, fixed assets is an integral part,it is very important for day-to-day operation and management of the enterprise. Therefore, the corporate fixed asset management for enterprise development, it is very important. Fixed assets to enhance the enterprise information management, it is reasonable to be more fixed assets owned by the enterprise rationalization, efficient management and use of assets in the business on a day to play a role in maximized, while reducing the business costs, improve efficiency, and thus indirectly increase the efficiency of enterprises. Although the importance of enterprise asset management was aware of most businesses, but the reality is still in business is to record the traditional manual way to manage corporate fixed assets. But a host of other new issues have emerged: asset diversification, data distortion, lack of management and can not take full advantage of fixed assets caused serious waste problem. Solve these problems, electronic system to replace paper documents for enterprise asset management should become mainstream. This new asset management system can manage the internal assets associated with all operations, including asset procurement, processing, issued, maintenance, capital verification, etc., can help companies better asset lifecycle management; by the use of workflow technology to reduce or soften the unit between the hardness of the asset management business, asset management during the time, according to the management and business requirements, enterprises can flexibly organize the implementation of business models.This mainly includes the following aspects:First, the article from the analysis of fixed assets management system, the background and significance of the research to proceed, integrated data management features of fixed and trends, and reference to the domestic and foreign enterprise asset management system development foundation, proposed to build an efficient enterprise asset management system specific development goals. Second, the summary of the system’s business processes, analysis of system development objectives and eager to solve the problem, the use of flow charts and use case diagrams to illustrate the system functional requirements, the asset management system designed to further revelation. Third, the analysis of system requirements, based on the design of this section of the system software architecture, physical architecture and the application of the system mode, the overall design of the system functional structure. Fourth, this chapter in the detailed design of the system, starting with the purchase of assets under management in fixed assets management, system initialization, fixed asset management and other physical aspects of the specific design of the system flow chart and the main function, and the specific structure of the table description to reflect the fixed asset management system database design.
