The Design Of Management Information System Of Enterprise Fixed Assets

With the information technology and the maturity of network technology, enterprise management is gradually transition to the information, scientific, intelligent management, how to use modern science and technology to improve the efficiency of management of the enterprise, is the key enterprises in the fierce competition in the steer. Fixed assets is an important part of enterprise assets, the type of complex, statistics and processing workload, complicated process. In the modern production of fast rhythm, the traditional management model has been unable to meet the needs of modern management. Therefore, management of fixed assets of enterprises need realize its information and networking by use of management principles and methods of modern equipment. One hand, this can ensure the enterprise fixed assets are in good running condition, and give full play to its effectiveness, improve the fixed assets management level. On other hand, this can more effectively promote the other management system, to achieve common security enterprise management efficiency.This system uses the B/S architecture. During the development phase, it uses three-tier development of MVC: uses Justep X5 as a development platform in the View and Control layers, and uses Oracle 10 g as the back-end database management system in the Model layer.This system was developed based on software engineering life-cycle approach. It formed detailed asset management requirements specification document in the phase of requirements analysis, through field service visits with users face to face. In the phases of overall design and detailed design, it implemented a system’s overall construction and design and interactive modules, forming a system design specifications, and provided a reference for the actual development of the system of fixed assets. In the phase of coding, it used various components of the Justep X5, realizing modular development of the system. In the phase of testing, it designed a reasonable test case using black box testing, white box testing, integration testing, stress testing and other testing methods to verify correctness and robustness of the system.This paper, through various comparison of reference management system, this used technology of IBM Portal during the development of the system, which makes the system more robust, that is mean it can support user-customized, and is versatile, can fit the development of modern enterprise asset management.
