Stackable data acquisition system,that is,a stacked data acquisition system composed of control modules and multiple acquisition modules,is widely used in the development,testing,testing and maintenance of automobile,equipment,weapon,instrument and so on.The communication and storage of multi-module data is an important shut-off technology in this system.This paper focuses on the research of multi-module data communication and storage technology in stacked data acquisition system,which has important research significance and practical value.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)In view of the actual demand of multi-module data communication in the stacked data acquisition system,the multi-module communication technology based on the MLVDS bus and the LVDS bus is studied.The hardware circuit and the communication protocol are designed.The logic control of the multi-module data communication is realized by the FPGA,and the comparative test analysis is carried out.(2)According to the requirement of data storage,the reliable data storage technology based on NAND Flash is studied.The NAND Flash controller is designed by parallel pipelining operation,and the access control and reliable data storage of NAND Flash are realized.(3)Based on the data readback requirement of the data,the data readback technology based on USB3.0 is studied,and based on the USB3.0 control program,the reliable readback of the data is realized.(4)Finally,the system test platform is set up,the test scheme is worked out,the system data detection,storage control,data acquisition and other functions are tested,and the two kinds of multi-module communication bus are compared and tested.The test results show that the key technologies of multi-module data communication and storage in the stack data acquisition system studied in this paper have normal functions and good performance,and have the engineering application value.
