This article against the requirements developed in the aircraft system testequipment,designed and developed a multi-channel data storage system. The data storagesystem mainly to complete the collection and storage the data of aircraft flight test inmultiple-channel analog and digital signals, and hard recovery data storage system after theend of the test, export the data collected in the trial.This paper first describes the subject of the origin and purpose of the study, meaning, andthen describes the present situation and development trend of the data storage system atdomestic and international and abroad. Departure from the aircraft test the functionalityrequired indicators,elaborated in accordance with the modular design principle of thecomposition of the data storage system implementations, and details of the key technologiesof system hardware and system logic research and design, verified by testing the performanceof the data storage system, make prospect of the further refinement of the system. The datastorage system consists of ground equipment, aircraft equipment. Ground equipment,including ground test bed and ground adapter; Aircraft equipment, including collectingencoder and memory. Among, The ground test bench mainly completed such as: the hostcomputer command to aircraft equipment, receive aircraft equipment high-speed datatransmission, programmable analog / digital output to test aircraft equipment; The groundadapter is responsible for forward repeater upload commands and data issued, and completethe fiber optic signal transfer function of twisted-pair cable signal and the current loopsignal;collecting encoder complete the 31 road retarder analog signals, one-way high-speedanalog signal and one channel PCM digital signal acquisition and receive, mixed in itsinternal compilation frame, one way to convert the LVDS serial data transmitted to groundequipment, the other way directly into the memory storage.The programmable logic deviceFPGA as the main controller of the system.System interface with the outside through theinterface type microcontroller and communication FPGA to exchange commands and data.All System-wide hardware has a highly integrated, functional flexible, reliable.Flash Memory as astorage medium, larger capacity and non-volatile memory, the data can be long-term,flightparameters can be the whole record. Data storage systems using high reliability LVDS linkwith the ground test system communication,transfer ground control computer issuedcommands and high-speed data of real-time editing,reading remote memory.In this article, themain design features and precautions of building high-reliability LVDS communication linkare described in detail.The data storage system has been used in flight tests. Successful recovery of memoryafter the end of the trial, and obtain the data.
