In the 21st century, with the improvement of industrial automation, the manufacturing industry has made great progress in our country, among them, the woodworking machinery GDP in China has become the world’s second, woodworking machinery industry achieved leap-forward development, especially in the direction of the computer numerical control woodworking machinery.China needs to exercise more control products and special motion controller, which has a bright prospect in our country. The design and manufacture of special processing equipment and high performance is becoming more and more important. The control system of CNC products mainly used in special and other machinery automation equipment. The relevant functions of the system is designed in accordance with the requirements of a specific process. Technicians prepare the corresponding application files. The use of RS232 serial port or DNC (Distributed Numerical Control) are sent to the controller. The controller can complete the appropriate action according to the instructions of a program to transmit.This paper mainly introduces a set of intelligent woodworking machinery and equipment which is specially designed for Japanese wooden building patent. This equipment is a set of users according to the needs of production design and innovative special processing equipment for woodworking. Woodworking equipment beyond the limit of the general function of a single, boring, milling, the cutting, loading and measuring the orderly combination of harmony, and the introduction of automatic control algorithm for each processing unit. The equipment has been installed in Japan completed and put into use, It has produced a huge social and economic benefits. In order to improve the action of the multi-axis motion system’s accuracy and precision, and lower development costs, based on consulting a large amount of relevant literature both at home and abroad on the basis of, through the analysis of user needs, the functions and features of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), etc., of the multi-axis motion system real-time logic action and communication problems are studied, the main research contents and achievements are as follows:1、The system in the production processes PLC, PC, etc. as a master device, use the distributed control structure. Designed multi-axis motion control system uses a digital signal control.2、This system uses the digital touch screen display, it can carry out real-time monitoring of the processing process, and it can be operated manually according to current status of flexible processing equipment or alarm.3、This system adopts industrial Ethernet based on TCP/IP communication, which improves the efficiency and reliability of data transmission.
