Requests For Public Security And Internal Business Applications System Design

For long time, each business agency of public security has established the corresponding application system because of its own need to develop. The lack of the unified plan and the profession standard at the earlier period, and be subjected to the restrict of the objective reason such as the technique condition, the administration management etc. at that time, results in most systems independent with each other, the phenomenon severity of the information isolated island. Along with the computer network rapid development and each business agency relation increasingly close, it is urgent to adopt some methods or technology to contact these isolated systems, to enlarge the sharing degree of information and form one "longitudinal linked up, the crosswise integration, the coordination interaction" application layout.In this paper, we analyze the present situation of the public security application system, the development need and the weakness of existing integration solution. We put forward how to integrate these systems with Service-oriented Architecture (SOA). This is request-service system of the public security. Request-service system orientates to resolve distributed application systems of public security and data to visit with each other. User' s request may be visiting application information on net, or to the other operation (one kind of business handles). Users who ask for request may not grasp the detailed conditions of the application resources that they visit , but request will be send to corresponding application after analyzing, the operating result will return according to certain rule. Based these services, we use request-service platform to implement interconnection between the different information area and different application system. This platform converts complex relation to simple relation. Application systems need to register to the united platform and connect with it. It is a good solution for the distributional public security application system and the data exchange visits question. It satisfies the public security organ information and the resource sharing demand extremely.This paper provides a good reference for large-scale information integration and the system conformity of the public security in the national scope.
