Using the public cultural space as a medium is an extension of human self-expression and can influence and reshape the life pattern of human groups.In the new media concept,"House Of Living Literature"constructed physical space and virtual space is the medium that conveys the humanities and cultural information.From the perspective of communication,this paper takes common media and communication as the theoretical source,and on the basis of re-recognizing the concept of media,discusses the media attributes of "House Of Living Literature" and its media functions,and further demonstrates its The internal conditions and mechanism of action that the corresponding media function can play and realize,in order to explore a better development path and provide reference for other similar media platforms."House Of Living Literature”realizes the educational function based on the dissemination of literary knowledge and common knowledge in many fields.It realizes the function of social interaction on the basis of building a social platform.At the same time,its function of promoting Chinese literature and traditional Chinese culture is becoming more and more prominent.Become a driving force for cultural heritage.From the perspective of communication,the positioning of the "House Of Living Literature"platform shows it has become a force to be reckoned with in promoting the dissemination of literary knowledge and promoting the inheritance of classical literature,and has constructed a multi-subject to participate in cultural exchange and communication.Space has become an important medium for cultural communication and social interaction.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter of this thesis introduces the background,research objects,research significance,problems,methods and literature review of the topic.Because the research and interpretation of the concept of"media"at home and abroad is very complicated,the process of change and development is also well known to the communication industry and the industry.The author selects the content related to the content written in this thesis to explain,mainly explaining the media.The development of the theory,the development of the concept of"media"in recent years and the expansion of the literature have been sorted out.At the same time,the literature related to the "media function" was classified and organized so that the research on the different angles of the media function can be clearly observed.The research object part elaborates and demonstrates how "House Of LivingLiterature"becomes a medium.The next four chapters are the main part of the article.Through the methods of personal participation,field observation and in-depth interviews,the author explores and summarizes the four media functions that "House Of Living Literature" is constructed and realized in the process of communication practice.As a function of generative and constructive,the media function of "House Of Living Literature" is influenced by many subjective and objective factors such as subject,content,channel and concept.Based on the current "House Of Living Literature" communication practice,this paper discusses the internal conditions and motivations for the construction and implementation of the "House Of Living Literature" media function in the two-way interaction between the internal system and the external environment,and discusses”House Of Living Literature".How to achieve media functions.The second chapter discusses the humanistic education function of "House Of Living Literature",and discusses that "House Of Living Literature" realizes the humanities education function through the communication of professional education and multi-level knowledge circulation channels,and achieves the effect of humanities education.The third chapter studies the construction and implementation of the social interaction function of "House Of Living Literature".The audience's social interaction function is based on the gathering and interaction of the online and offline platform of "House Of Living Literature".The chapter is mainly constructed from social networks.And the interactive part of the social network to demonstrate the functional effects of the "House Of Living Literature" social interaction function.The fourth chapter discusses the cultural inheritance function of "House Of Living Literature".It demonstrates its cultural inheritance function from two aspects:horizontal traditional culture communication and vertical culture intergenerational communication.It also elaborates from two aspects:communication content and communication channel..The fifth chapter discusses its cultural creative function,expounds the main carrier culture creative products of "House Of Living Literature" to realize the cultural creative function,and discusses the branding function of cultural creative products.
