Risk Management Research In SaaS Platform Development Projects

In recent years,the SaaS service platform has gradually emerged.SaaS providers have built all the network infrastructure and software and hardware operation platforms needed for enterprises to informatize,and are responsible for all the previous implementation and post-maintenance services.Enterprises can use information systems via the Internet without purchasing hardware and software,building computer rooms,and hiring IT staff.However,building a SaaS service platform is quite complex,and projects are often threatened by risks.In view of the risk threat of SaaS platform development project and the difficulty of project risk management,this paper studies the risk management in the SaaS platform development project and manages it according to the process of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the SaaS platform development project and the influence of the external environment,through reviewing the relevant literature,issuing questionnaires,and consulting experts,the risk factors are summarized as?decision risk,human resource risk,security risk,technical risk,operational risk,development process risk six categories.Then according to the requirements of the risk assessment of the SaaS platform development project and the characteristics of the project,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process is selected as the risk assessment model.Finally,the risk control principle and risk control direction of the SaaS platform development project are proposed.This paper selects the Z company SaaS platform development project for practical research,and concludes that the risks that need to be controlled in this project are:Strategic planning risk,data storage security risk,technical architecture risk,poor communication risk,functional completion risk,development schedule risk.In response to key risks,an effective and reasonable response plan has been proposed.This project indicates that the risk factors identified in this paper basically include the common risk factors of the SaaS platform development project.The proposed risk assessment model and risk management system can effectively evaluate and control the risk of the SaaS platform development project.The results of this study enrich the risk management system of SaaS platform development project,and provide some reference for the risk management research of SaaS development project.
