In recent years,mobile Internet applications represented by mobile payment have sprung up.This phenomenon is based on the large-scale network coverage of telecom operators.The infrastructure of telecom operators has opened the wings for the rapid development of mobile Internet.The basis of today's mobile Internet is 4G network coverage under LTE technology.At present,the engineering volume of 4G base station construction projects is increasing,the construction site is becoming more and more complex,and the wireless signal transmission environment is worse than before.The engineering quality of 4G base station construction projects has encountered great challenges.The quality management of Unicorn's 4G base station construction project determines the quality of the currently constructed 4G network.Once the quality of the constructed base station network is not up to standard,it will greatly affect the customer's use and cause the company's reputation to suffer losses.Quality management and communication service companies' service quality and corporate image are closely related,and SQ Unicorn's current quality management system has problems.Therefore,how to carry out a new quality management process and form a quality management system is the top priority for solving the company's current sustainable development problems.In order to find a modern quality management theory and method suitable for the actual situation of the company,this paper studies SQ Unicom based on the quality management practice at home and abroad and the theory of total quality management.Firstly,the status quo of SQ Unicom was analyzed and the quality management problem was found.Then the PDCA cycle theory and lean construction concept were used to design the relevant quality system and specific quality management plan for SQ.After the project was combined with the actual construction in 2018 Verification,the conclusion of this paper.Through this research,the theory is applied to the SQ Unicom 4G base station construction project to provide some reference and insights for the quality management activities of the mobile communication engineering construction project,which is conducive to achieving refined management objectives and for the healthy and high-speed development of the local mobile communication industry.Provide a strong guarantee.
