Project Management Practice And Inspiration Of JXT Mobile Operations And Maintenance Information System

With the full arrival of 4G networks,the application of mobile Internet came into being.JXT,as one of the top three in the field of communication in Jiangxi,has innate advantages and foundation in broadband.Against the background of China's information consumption exceeding one trillion yuan,Jiangxi Province actively promotes the “fiber-to-the-home” project to enhance local consumption levels and make information consumption a new engine for economic growth.In the important nodes of the fiber-to-the-home,the advantage is maintained,so that customers continue to enjoy the quality service of JXT,which requires strong operation and maintenance strength to support.However,with the rapid development of the communication network,the problems of insufficient operation and maintenance human resources,huge maintenance workload,low on-site operation and maintenance informationization,and failure to realize the operation and maintenance work orders can be solved at the operation and maintenance site.In order to solve the technical problem that the existing communication operation and maintenance mode can not meet the increasing JXT communication operation and maintenance requirements,this paper is devoted to the research of JXT business mobile operation and maintenance method,and proposes the intelligent management scheme of JXT communication mobile operation and maintenance.Through the project management method,the JXT mobile operation and maintenance system was developed to meet the needs of related operation and maintenance work.This paper combines the practice of JXT mobile operation and maintenance project,from the current situation of JXT existing operation and maintenance system as the foothold,through the investigation and research on the operation and maintenance requirements of JXT business departments,using system theory to sort out the current operation and maintenance service to the direction of mobile operation and maintenance.The feasibility of the new system's project objectives is determined by JXT's overall information construction development plan and company development strategy.Starting from the process of starting,planning,executing and monitoring the JXT mobile operation and maintenance system project,the process management of the projectmanagement knowledge system theory is applied to the entire life cycle of the JXT mobile operation and maintenance system project.This paper studies the process of charter development,stakeholder identification,scope management,change process,configuration management,and risk management during the implementation of JXT mobile operation and maintenance system project.It also summarizes the characteristics and outstanding problems of each stage,and proposes an effective response to the problems that arise.Through the project management implementation process,the analysis and evaluation will be carried out to explore the information project management path that promotes the improvement of JXT information management level.At the end of the thesis,through the analysis of the actual operation effect of the system,the importance and function of applying the project management theory and method in the construction process of mobile operation and maintenance project are put forward.The successful implementation of the project has positive reference significance for improving the success rate of JXT information system project.
