Traditional laboratory management usually adopts manual method.However,due to the complexity of the laboratory environment and the diversity of the equipment in the laboratory,the manual management method is not only inaccurate,but also time-consuming,which reduces the work efficiency of the laboratory.It is unable to share the equipment in the laboratory and is not suitable for the management of large laboratories of the company.In order to solve these problems in traditional laboratory management and adapt to the rapid development of intelligent life in modern society,the technical theory and structure mode of smart home are introduced into the construction and management of multi-device shared laboratory,and an efficient laboratory management system is proposed.The application of the Internet of Things technology in the shared laboratory management.Within the scope of the laboratory,ZigBee,Radio Frequency Identification technology,infrared and other popular Internet of Things technologies are adopted to manage laboratory equipment and personnel,making the laboratory more sharable and more in line with the development needs of digital management in the information society.Firstly,it introduces the background significance of the subject and the research status of the Internet of Things.And then it analyzes the feasibility of applying IOT and other related technologies to improve the current situation of the company's laboratory management.Finally,the necessity of improving the traditional laboratory management system and the advantages of the improved system are expounded.On the basis of analyzing the basic requirements of the company's multi-device shared laboratory management system,based on relevant technologies of the Internet of Things,completed the hardware structure design and software programming implementation of the company's multi-device shared laboratory system.This system adopts the ZigBee network technology.Infrared technology is used to realize real-time monitoring of seats in the laboratory.RFID and the improved RSSI localization algorithm are used to monitor the experimental equipment in the laboratory in real time.The relevant functional modules of the system will clean,analyze,record and store the data collected by RFID and infrared technology.In the case of minimizing the intervention of external factors,can achieve efficient and accurate real-time monitoring of the target of the designated place.System test shows that it can solve the problem that the traditional video monitoring security effect is poor and cannot achieve effective security monitoring of the laboratory.At the same time,it can fundamentally meet the needs of efficient management of equipment and personnal in the company's laboratory.The system is simple,convenient to install,with low cost,strong stability and high data accuracy for easy statistics.
