Fragmented Reading has become a normal phenomenon in people's life,and the information explosion makes the time for people to get the information they need increase.Information aggregation news APPs were born in this context based on cloud computing and big data technology.This paper focuses on information aggregation news APPs,and discusses what factors lead to such APPs' continuous usage attention and retention of users from the perspective of user behavior.At first,this paper sorts out the concept and development of information aggregation news APPs.Then based on the relevant literature review and the research purpose,this paper constructs a three-dimensional user continuous usage intention model of"product-service-scenario",by introducing two variables of the herding theory(imitating others,discounting own information)to DeLong&McLean Information System success model(D&M model).In addition,according to the characteristics of the research object,social variables are added in the service dimension to enrich the theoretical model.According to the research model,this paper designs a measurement scale and adds questions related to users' usage behavior,and collects research data by issuing questionnaires.Through descriptive analysis of users' usage behavior and verification analysis of structural equation models,this paper draws the following conclusion:(1)Information quality,personalization,imitating others have significantly positive effect on users'continuous usage intention.And personalized function is the most frequently used function of users,and imitating others has the most significant impact on users'continuous usage intention.(2)Social variables have no significant impact on user satisfaction and users'continuous usage intention.But they still need to be taken seriously as an important supplement to the user's reading experience.(3)Discounting own information have no significant impact on users'continuous usage intention.The possible reason is that this factor is more applicable in some professional fields.However,users who use information aggregation news APPs tend to obtain more information to broaden their horizons and think deeply.At last,this paper argues that,for users without preference,following the choice of most people can not only save more selection time,but also achieve satisfactory results.And for the owners of this kind of APP,product quality and personalized function are the basic conditions for the APPs to stand out,at the same time,exposing the APPs to create a mainstream environment can help it attract more users and retain users.
