Research On Communication Strategy Of Constructing Ethnic Community In Minority Areas

Ethnic conflict is a perennial and intractable problem,one of the most important of national issues.Throughout history,wars and countries have been divided and destroyed as a result of ethnic rift and conflict.As a unified multi-ethnic country,the importance of the ethnic issue in China cannot be overstated.In order to maintain national stability and unity,the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward an initiative to promote the building of an "ethnic community",which was mentioned again at the 19 th National Congress,giving direction and strategy to the ethnic issue.The Chinese national community is the foundation of China's unity,the basis of national unity and the soul of spiritual strength.What role should mass communication play in the process of building a "national community" in ethnic minority regions is the question that this thesis will examine.Taking the case of the Ulan Muqi,an art and cultural performance team of ethnic minorities in Inner Mongolia,this thesis explores the successful experience of building an "ethnic community" based on interpersonal communication strategies and the "I-He"and "I-You" relationships of Ding Buber in interpersonal communication."It also provides theoretical suggestions on the use of interpersonal communication to build a'national community' and offers theoretical and practical solutions to national problems.It also provides theoretical and practical approaches and methods for the country to solve its ethnic problems.
