With the development of information technology,users have more and more demand for information sharing,and put forward higher and higher requirements for the openness of industrial control systems.At present,there is a lack of a unified industrial control information platform in the field of industrial control.There are“information islands”and compatibility issues,and it is difficult to achieve information sharing and unified management.PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)is a key component of industrial control production.However,in industrial control system,there are many types of PLC produced by different manufacturers,some of which have no communication function,and some use private protocols.The interconnection and interoperability of PLC has become a bottleneck restricting the development.Therefore,it is urgent to design a unified industrial control information platform to solve compatibility,universality and openness of the current industrial control system.The industrial control information data gateway based on OPC UA is the core subsystem of the unified industrial control information platform,and the formulation of the unified information model of PLC is one of its key tasks.Firstly,the unified information model of PLC is designed and established,which unifies the information representation of PLC.Secondly,the OPC UA server is developed to realize the basic functions of the OPC UA server,and the unified information model of PLC is realized by introducing XML technology.At the same time,a real-time data acquisition solution is put forward.Through the development of real-time data acquisition module,the real-time data of the underlying PLC device layer is accessed by using the underlying communication protocol MODBUS-RTU,and the real-time data acquired are obtained.Data is stored in the designated node of the OPC UA server.The OPC UA client accesses the address space of the OPC UA server to read the real-time data of the devices stored in the bounded node.This scheme has realized the collection and encapsulation of real-time data of underlying devices by OPC UA server,enableing clients to obtain data of different underlying devices in a unified data format,realized the standardization of information exchange,and solved the problems of lack of universality and security of industrial control system.Finally,the OPC UA client is developed,and the related functions of the OPC UA server are tested and verified.At the same time,the key technologies of the OPC UA are visualized by the client displaying interface.Through the research and implementation of key technologies of industrial control information data gateway based on OPC UA,this thesis unifies the information sharing and exchangeing mode in industrial control system,having effectively solved the problem of data interoperability,and has the value of application and popularization.
