Design And Implementation Of Attendance System Using Near Field Communication

There are some differences between technical schools and general schools in the form of having classes and the way of managing students.Because of the limitation of the workshop or computer labs the time of students 'classes will be changed.There are even classes on weekends.Therefore,it is necessary to have a system for attendance on the school timetable.At the same time,in order to strengthen of managing students' behavior and moral education,schools also need an information system to register students' violations of discipline.This thesis analyzes the process of attendance record system in his technical school to build a customized attendance record system.The attendance record system uses Nginx as a web server,publishes PHP code website,uses JSON format HTTP packet for data transmission,and the attendance terminal installed App which is develop by Microsoft Visual Studio.The Android tablet of APP provides daily attendance,project-based attendance and student discipline registration functions.Administrators use browsers to access the web server to complete data query,report forms,project management and other functions.The attendance system can not only fulfill the traditional card-punching and attendance tasks,but also issue specific attendance tasks according to the actual needs of the school.In order to meet different attendance needs,to ensure that all kinds of attendance in institutions are genuine and effective,students can attend according to the established timetable when students have attendance.Attendance checks are conducted during class hours to ensure the correctness of attendance data and to register violations by students through Android tablets.This thesis will use Nginx,Microsoft Visual Studio + Xaramin,MySQL,PHP to build a suitable attendance record application system for public institutions.
